MorseLife Health System has been recognized as one of the 2017 “Best Places to Work,” in awards presented by South Florida Business Journal.  Out of hundreds of nominations, MorseLife Health System ranks as one of the top large organizations as a result of annual employee engagement surveys conducted recently by the organization.
According to Keith Myers, President/CEO, MorseLife also received this prestigious honor in 2015 among other accolades received by South Florida Business Journal such as “Company of the Year.”  ”We are proud that we have been able to create a culture of excellence throughout our system, and just as important, a positive, engaging and celebratory culture,” he said.
Kristofer Cooper, Vice President of Human Resources for MorseLife, notes that what makes this so special to MorseLife is that unlike many workplace-related awards which allow companies to self nominate, this one relied solely on the anonymous feedback of employees.   “This honor is therefore is a great achievement – it reflects the opinions of our hard working staff members at all levels and in all functional areas, and their belief in us as a coveted ‘employer of choice,’” he said.
Myers notes that he looks forward to the official presentation of the 2017 “Best Places to Work” award at a luncheon sponsored by South Florida Business Journal in February.
