Tradition at MorseLife Awarded Bronze National Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living

Community honored by AHCA/NCAL for its commitment to continuous improvement, backed by 100% resident and family satisfaction scores in safety, dignity and respect

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — [August 14, 2026] MorseLife, a nationally recognized, award-winning leader in senior care, has received the Bronze National Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) for its assisted living facility, Tradition at MorseLife. This national honor recognizes senior living communities that demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to quality improvement, operational excellence and resident-centered care.

The recognition is the foundational step in the AHCA/NCAL Quality Award Program, which is modeled after the Baldrige Framework, a respected model for organizational achievement. To earn the award, staff and leaders across Tradition at MorseLife participated in a comprehensive, year-long application process that evaluated the community’s mission, leadership, operations, workforce development and approach to care delivery.

“Receiving the Bronze National Quality Award reflects the dedication of our team and MorseLife’s continued commitment to providing residents and their families with the quality, compassionate and consistent care they expect and deserve every day,” said Trisha Hewes, interim CEO, COO and general counsel at MorseLife Health System. “While this honor is a proud milestone for Tradition at MorseLife, it’s really just fuel for our future. We intend to use this momentum to keep setting new benchmarks for senior care.”

The AHCA/NCAL award aligns with feedback from recent resident and family satisfaction surveys involving 81 community members.

Resident Feedback Highlights:

  • 100% feel safe living in the community
  • 100% report being treated with dignity and respect
  • 100% rate the concierge team as prompt, compassionate and helpful
  • 90% express complete confidence in the nursing team
  • 90% report that living at Tradition contributes positively to their overall well-being

  • 100% state that their loved one feels comfortable living at Tradition at MorseLife
