Since joining MorseLife in 2014 as Vice President of Market Development, Trisha has played an integral role in advancing the organization’s growth, strengthening community partnerships, and expanding awareness of MorseLife’s comprehensive continuum of care. Throughout her tenure, she has helped drive strategic initiatives that have contributed to the organization’s continued success and reputation as a leader in senior living and healthcare.
In March 2026, Trisha was appointed Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel, bringing together more than two decades of experience in healthcare operations, business development, sales and marketing, and legal affairs. In her dual role, she worked closely with executive leadership to optimize organizational performance, support innovation, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance long-term strategic objectives across MorseLife’s healthcare and senior living services.
Prior to joining MorseLife, Trisha held senior leadership positions throughout the healthcare industry, including Regional Director of Business Development for Southern SNF Management, Inc., Regional Sales & Marketing Consultant for SeaCrest Healthcare Management, and Director of Admissions and Marketing for HCR ManorCare.
Trisha earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University. She is also a Certified Florida Supreme Court County Court Mediator.
Committed to excellence, collaboration, and service, Trisha is dedicated to ensuring MorseLife continues to meet the evolving needs of older adults and their families while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

As Chief Financial Officer of MorseLife Health System, Inc., a not-for-profit healthcare organization, Randy has been instrumental in driving revenue growth from $60M to $270M over a decade. He has led organizational budgeting, regulatory compliance, audit oversight, and financial strategy and has been instrumental in enabling a 350% revenue increase.
Before becoming CFO, Randy served as Controller at MorseLife and previously held audit leadership roles with Howard Wershbale and Company, where he specialized in healthcare and not-for-profit audits, forensic accounting, and internal control design.
Earlier roles with Martinet Recchia, Inc. and Long-O’Shea & Co. provided deep experience in tax strategy, financial reporting, and operational controllership across multiple industries.
Mr. Wolan is licensed as a CPA in Ohio and Florida and earned his CFE designation in 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lake Erie College, where he graduated summa cum laude.
Beyond his professional work, he has been actively involved in community service, serving on the Board of Directors for Lake County Habitat for Humanity and the Finance Committee for Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity.
