MorseLife Health System’s Palm Beach PACE (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly) in Delray Beach has scheduled a series of open houses in July and August with the goal of building awareness of the managed care program for seniors at-risk of losing their independence.

The three events will be held the PACE Program’s site at Temple Sinai, 2475 West Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach —

  • Thursday, July 14 – 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM – Breakfast Open House
  • Thursday, July 28 – 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Luncheon
  • Thursday, August 11 – 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM – Hors D’oeuvres

The Open Houses will include an informational overview and tour of the Palm Beach PACE in Delray Beach, which opened as MorseLife’s second PACE site last spring.   Palm Beach PACE was first established on MorseLife Health System’s West Palm Beach campus in 2013 and is today considered the fastest growing PACE program in the country.

PACE is a managed care program for people age 55 or older who meet the criteria for nursing home placement, providing a full complement of health care and supportive services to enable them to live independently at home.  These services include transportation, primary and specialty medical and nursing care, medical rehabilitation, medications and durable medical equipment, laboratory and diagnostic services, skilled home care and personal care, adult day care and activities, and meals.

The program operates five days per week, and there is no cost to enrollees who are eligible for Medicaid, or both Medicaid and Medicare.
