The marketing team of the Stephen and Petra Levin Tower at MorseLife recently hosted its first in a series of workshops for “Charter Residents” to address questions and issues they will face upon their impending move to the new rental luxury community.

The all inclusive independent living residence, now under construction on the Marilyn and Stanley M. Katz Seniors Campus of MorseLife Health System is already receiving deposits from future residents, called “Charter Residents.”   The grand opening is scheduled for the summer of 2017.

Trisha Hewes, Vice President of Sales for MorseLife Health System, notes the “Charter Resident Workshops,” will meet monthly through the opening date.  “Our
workshops are designed to address the many questions new residents may have
about their move,” she said.  “Our goal is to help them to enjoy the anticipation of their move by easing any concerns they may have, and prepare them for each ‘decision milestone’ they face as the “move-in” date approaches.”

Ms. Hewes says specific topics will include real estate and financial issues, talking to loved ones about the decision to move, downsizing, and design considerations, along with project updates.  ”We want out future residents to feel 100% comfortable with their decision to move to the Levin Tower at MorseLife, ensuring a worry-free move in,” she said.  “We know that any transition can come with a certain amount of stress, and through these workshops and ongoing communication, we will alleviate that.”

The Levin Tower at MorseLife, which broke ground last November, will offer 135 one and two bedroom apartments in the first phase of construction, ranging in size from 900 to nearly 1500 square feet, gourmet dining in its restaurant and bistro, wellness spa, outdoor pool, housekeeping, transportation, security and a full array of activities.  The plan is to build an additional 47 units in the second phase of construction bringing total units to 182 upon its 2017 opening date.
