The Levin Tower Grand Opening, Keith Myers, Luxury Independent Living ResidenceLast week, we welcomed the new luxury independent living residence, The Stephen & Petra Levin Tower, with a grand opening ceremony. Our CEO & President Keith Myers was joined by Senator Joe Negron, West Palm Beach Mayor Jeri Muoio, State Attorney Dave Aronberg, Senator Rene Garcia and Senator Joe Abruzzo to cut the blue inaugural ribbon on the $102-million building. Following the opening ceremony and ribbon cutting, Myers gave members of the press and elected officials a personal tour of the residence that he likes to call “a 300,000-square-foot piece of art.” The Levin Tower is the first of its kind in Palm Beach county to deliver such an extraordinary and luxurious experience in both design and amenities, all of which are tailored to the needs of the MorseLife residents. During last week’s tour, Mr. Myers noted the art lined halls, full-service spa and salon, fitness studio, theater, bar – where all were treated to refreshing mock-tails. Attendees also were treated to a culinary demonstration and tasty bites from the Tower’s Cordon Bleu-trained executive chef.

The Levin Tower marks the most recent expansion for MorseLife, and all those involved know that this Is about much more than a building.

“We know it’s critically important for seniors to have a vibrant environment and strong community where they can continue to thrive,” Myers said. “We have taken careful consideration into every single detail of The Levin Tower to ensure the experience here is second-to-none. This is a new chapter of their life — and we believe it should be the most important one yet.”
